Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Hospital Referrals

In case of a hospital referral, the doctor will notify the hospital electronically and you will be provided with the information required to "choose and book" your own appointment at a time that suits you.

If you have a preference for a particular hospital, please notify your doctor.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

EVERY MONTH MANY APPOINTMENTS ARE MISSED, PLEASE HELP US TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO OTHER PATIENTS WHO MAY NEED THIS APPOINTMENT-  THANK YOU (ON BEHALF OF PATIENTS PARTICIPATION GROUP{PPG})
